Depending on the circumstances and applicable jurisdiction, processing may rely on:
- performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps requested by the individual;
- compliance with a legal obligation;
- consent where required, particularly for certain cookies or communications;
- AKLARIS's legitimate interests, including security, management of commercial relationships, service improvement and certain B2B outreach, subject to individuals' rights and freedoms.
6. B2B commercial outreach
AKLARIS is a B2B agency and may contact professionals through targeted outreach. Where contact data does not come directly from the individual, it may come from publicly accessible professional sources. AKLARIS seeks to limit this data to what is relevant to the professional relationship.
You may request at any time that you no longer receive commercial communications. Where necessary, AKLARIS will retain minimal information to respect your objection on an ongoing basis.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
To protect the form, AKLARIS uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam verification service that may process technical data needed to detect abuse. The website may use technologies strictly necessary for its operation. Non-essential tools, such as certain analytics, advertising or personalization services, will be used only in line with the site's actual configuration and applicable consent requirements.
The website currently uses no non-essential analytics or marketing tools. If such tools are added, an appropriate consent mechanism will be implemented where required.

AKLARIS does not sell personal data to advertisers.
9. International transfers
AKLARIS works internationally and remotely. Some providers or collaborators may therefore be located in countries other than your country of residence or the country from which you contact AKLARIS.
Where applicable law requires specific safeguards for an international transfer, AKLARIS will seek to implement an appropriate mechanism, such as contractual clauses, supplementary measures or another mechanism recognized by applicable rules.

These may include HTTPS encryption, access controls, stronger authentication, limited permissions, backups and security practices appropriate to each project.
